K.tex Ultra insulation is a budget-friendly insulation with good loft and enhanced tactile properties. It is made from primary polyester fibers, which give it high thermal insulation properties.
The advantages of K.tex Ultra insulation include its durability and ability to withstand repeated washing and drying in household washing machines. This ensures ease of care for the finished garment and is highly appreciated by end consumers. The fabric is available in densities of 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200, 250, 300 g/m² with a width of 1.5 meters.

The K.tex Ultra insulation with densities of 150, 200, and 300 g/m2 is recommended as the primary insulation layer for modern fashion garments and specialized clothing with usage temperatures up to -15°C. When used in a 2-layer package, it can provide insulation up to -25°C.

When designing the insulation package, it’s important to note that this insulation does not regain its loft after ironing, so we do not recommend using it for products that undergo high-temperature wet-heat treatment above 100°C.
