Agrotextile – a modern ecological material used in agriculture to increase yield and protect plants from various climatic influences. The K.tex company offers agrotextile in three color options: white, black, and black-and-white.
White agrotextile is designed for protection against cold, wind, and heat, as well as for covering plants. It is used to make special covers for insulating trees in winter and early spring, for setting up greenhouses and tunnels, and for covering winter crops, among other applications.
Black agrotextile primarily serves as a mulching material. It helps retain moisture in the soil, prevents the formation of crust on the surface, and keeps the soil loose.
Black-and-white agrotextile, functionally similar to the black one, is placed with the black layer facing down and the white layer facing up (reversed to the plants). In this case, the black layer acts as mulch, while the white layer reflects sunlight and prevents plant overheating.
Agrotextile is available in a range of densities from 17 to 50 g/m2. The roll length starts from 100 meters, and the width is available in 1.6 meters and 3.2 meters. *Custom orders for different densities are also possible.
