The Diia.Business Entrepreneur Support Center in Bucha organized an important forum titled “Entrepreneurship Without Barriers: dialogue between the state, business, and the public.” The event aimed to synchronize a shared vision for developing a barrier-free environment and to discuss current issues, needs, and opportunities regarding the employment of veterans, people with disabilities, and internally displaced persons (IDPs).
During the event, participants actively discussed:
One of the key events of the forum was a panel discussion moderated by military veteran and writer Oleksandr Teren and the CEO of K.TEX, Andriy Ilchenko. They provided detailed insights into the challenges of adapting veterans to civilian life and businesses to hiring veterans and people with disabilities. Their constructive and realistic proposals for addressing these issues sparked lively interest and active discussion among participants. The panel also included representatives from state bodies and public organizations.
Forum participants examined the creation of barrier-free entrepreneurship in Ukraine, discussed existing government programs and opportunities for the employment of veterans, people with disabilities, and IDPs. Successful examples of state and business cooperation in creating a barrier-free environment were presented, highlighting the role of businesses in addressing social issues.
We, at K.TEX, support initiatives aimed at employing veterans, people with disabilities, and internally displaced persons. We believe that through collective efforts, we can make society more inclusive and fair.
